To validate your warranty, please fill out and submit the below Owner Registration Form within 30 days of purchase.

Mada warranties for one year from date of purchase, its MadaJet Needle Free Injector, and will replace, to the original purchaser, any parts found upon examination at the factory to be defective in materials or workmanship. This warranty is void if the instructions packed with each unit are not followed, or if the unit has been abused, misused, or has been repaired or altered outside of our factory.

The environment and conditions of use will determine the safe service life of these products. ANNUAL INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE BY MADA ARE ESSENTIAL. This warranty is totally inclusive of the manufacturer’s liability and no other responsibilities are inferred or implied.

Failure by the original purchaser to notify Mada within 30 days of receipt of what is believed to be a damaged unit shall be considered a waiver of claim.
Your MadaJet will be examined upon receipt. If repairs are required which are not covered by the warranty, they will be billed accordingly.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
